Modification of Dust Bin Level Meter for the Main Sinter Process Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) of Ningbo I & S Co.,Ltd.

介绍了一种新型产品UL-4HP型料位计的结构、原理及特点。该料位计是专为解决高温、耐压、防尘等问题而研制的,适用于仓内温度<300℃、压力在-90 kPa～0.6MPa之间的粉状、颗粒状物料的料位测量及控制。宁波钢铁公司1号烧结机机头电除尘器灰斗采用该料位计后,料位测量准确,维修工作量减小,确保了电除尘器正常运行。

The structure,principle and characteristics of a new type of UL -4HP level meter product are introduced. The level meter is developed to solve problems of high temperature,pressure resistance and dust resistance,it is suitable for material level measurement and control with such conditions as 〈 300 ℃ temperature inside the bin and - 90kPa - 0.6MPa pressure powder and particle form materials. After the level meter is adopted for the dust bin of No. 1 sinter machine feed end ESP of Ningbo I ＆ S Co. , Ltd., the level measurement is correct, the maintenance work amount is low, and the normal operation of ESP is ensured.
