摘要
对810 mm厚的718预硬化塑料模具钢大模块进行解剖,测定了模块的硬度分布,并对不同部位的组织进行了金相和透射电镜观察。结果表明,整个模块硬度差≤3.2 HRC,大模块组织由回火马氏体和回火贝氏体组成,且成分较均匀,夹杂物含量少,能满足大尺寸塑料制品行业的使用要求。
The 718 prehardened plastic mould steel large block with thickness of 810 mm was dissected,and the hardness and microstructure over the section were tested and observed.The results show that the hardness fluctuation in the whole block is no more than 3.2 HRC,and the microstructure is composed of tempered martensite and bainite with small amount of inclusions.It is shown that the 718 prehardened steel large mould block can meet the application requirement of large-scale plastic produces industry.
