摘要
本文采用无刨性颢动脉压力脉搏波作为反搏充气时间和反搏效应的客观指标,主要观察颞脉压力波切迹点的生理意义及其稳定性,以及在不同充气时间和压力下,其舒张波的变化,并与耳脉波进行比较。结果表明,采用颞脉压力波可以保证反搏充气时间的准确性,避免了耳脉波存在的潜在危险性,并为反搏充气时间的自动控制提供了安全可靠的依据。
Use of non-invasive temporal arterial pressure pulse waves as objective indices of inflation timing and effect of ECP to observe the physiological significance of the point of tangency of temporal arterial pressure wave, its stability and its diastolic wave changes under different inflation time and pressure. The results indicated that the use of temporal arterial pressure pulse wave can assure the accuracy of the inflation time, avoid the potential danger existed in earlobe plethysmogram and provide a reliable base for automatic control of inflation time in ECP.
