均匀设计法优选桂枝茯苓丸方药的半仿生提取工艺条件 被引量:10

摘要 目的:优选桂枝茯苓丸方药的半仿生提取工艺条件。方法:将方中含挥发性成分中药超临界萃取后的药渣与方中茯苓混合,以芍药苷、肉桂酸、苦杏仁苷、茯苓酸、总多糖、干浸膏为指标,采用均匀设计优选其半仿生提取法(简称SBE法)的工艺条件。结果:优化条件为3煎用水pH依次为4.98,7.35,8.00,煎煮总时间为4.99 h。结论:结合生产实际,确定其SBE法工艺条件为3煎用水的pH依次为5.0,7.5,8.0;煎煮时间依次为2.0,1.5,1.5 h。 Objective: To optimize the extraction conditions for semi-bionic extraction of Guizhi Fuling pill decoction.Method: The best extraction condition of the semi-bionic extraction for Guizhi Fuling pill decoction was optimized by uniform design was optimized with paeoniflorin,cinnamic acid,laetrile,pachymic acid,total polysaccharose and dry extract as the indexes.Result: The optimized extraction condition is that extracting for 3 times with solvent pH values of 4.98,7.35 and 8.00,respectively,and the total extracting time was 4.99 h.Conclusion: In consideration of manufacturing fact,the pH value of thrice extractions is set at 5.0,7.5,8.0 respectively,and the extracting time is 2.0,1.5,1.5 h in turn.
