鸡球虫免疫保护性抗原研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 鸡球虫病是严重危害养鸡业发展的重要疾病之一,目前药物防治是控制球虫病的主要手段,但药物防治存在耐药性及药物残留等严重问题,因此鸡球虫病的免疫学防治成为研究领域中的热点,新型疫苗的研制具有重要意义。文章对鸡球虫重组抗原5401、子孢子表面抗原、裂殖子表面抗原、微线蛋白、折光体蛋白等免疫保护性抗原的研究概况进行了综述,以期为研究者提供参考。
