宁夏清真餐饮占全部餐饮的90%以上,处于宁夏餐饮业的主体地位,对宁夏餐饮业的发展起主导作用。本文从宁夏清真餐饮现状出发,结合宁夏的具体实际和存在的主要问题,论述了加快清真餐饮发展的现状、问题和对策。
The halal food occupies over 90% of Ningxia＇ s food market, and it plays a dominant position in food industry, and its development as well. The paper, by combining the Ningxia＇ s halal food development actuality with both the current situation of Ningxia and the problems existed, presents readers significance and countermeasures on accelerating the development of halal food.
