摘要
利用可见光–红外分光仪对实验制备得到的纳米多孔薄膜材料的辐射性能进行了测试,并以实验测试数据为依据,采用皮卡遗传算法,基于辐射传递理论,建立了纳米多孔薄膜材料辐射特性的反问题研究模型。利用该反问题研究模型,对不同物样的Sellmeier方程系数反射率、光学常数、以及厚度参数进行了反向计算,并将反向计算结果与实验测试结果进行对比分析,分析结果显示该反问题研究模型可以准确、快速地计算纳米多孔薄膜材料的各类辐射特性参数。
This paper conducted experimental study on the radiation properties of the nanoporous thin films using ultra violet-visible-near infrared (UV-NIR) spectrophotometer. Based on the radiative transfer theory, an inverse model for the nanoporous thin films’ radiation properties was proposed by using the PIKAIA genetic algorithm. The reflectivity, optical constant and thickness of the samples were inversely calculated by the model. The retrieved results were compared with the experimental data, which indicates that the inverse model has high accuracy and computing speed for nanoporous thin films radiation properties.
