摘要
研究双定子电励磁双凸极电机的起动控制,改进电机结构,降低了起动时的转矩脉动。在理论分析的基础上利用基于转速变化的阶段性角度控制方法:低速采用标准角度控制;中高速采用角度随转速变化的提前角度控制,可提高电机在该速段的输出转矩。完成了18kW电励磁双凸极起动/发电系统的样机制作,对系统进行了相关的前期实验及配套航空发动机对发动机进行冷热开车实验。实验表明:该系统的起动控制策略正确有效,起动转矩平滑,所需电源容量小,效率高,具有良好的起动性能。
Starting control a dual stator doubly salient electro-magnetic machine (DSEM) was researched.The structure of the machine was reconstructed to reduce torque ripple,and the starting control algorithms based on the speed of the motor were performed,standard angle control mode (SACM) at low speed and advanced angle control mode (AACM) were adopted at medium and high speeds on the engine starting process.The advanced angle was changed with the motor speed to increase the motor output torque.An 18 kW prototype was build,the pre-preparation experiment and the engine cold-hotstart experiment was conducted.The experimental results show that the starter/generator system (SGS) has advantages of smooth starting torque,less accumulator power,high efficiency,and good starting character.
