摘要
事故水塔常用于工业循环冷却水系统的安全供水。根据不同的循环水用户和不同的循环水水质一般需要设置多个事故水塔,造成工程投资的上涨并给水塔的运行维护工作带来不便。另外,事故水塔内的水不参加整个循环水处理流程,时间一长水质也难以得到保证。为此对事故水塔的设计进行了分析和探讨,提出了自循环多功能工业事故水塔的设计方法,可为实际工程提供借鉴。
The emergency water tower is applied in the industrial circulating cooling water system. According to the different users and water quality demands, several emergency water towers need to be built, which causes high engineering investment and brings troubles for the maintenance work. In addition, the water in the tower does not participate into the whole circulating water treatment process, and the water quality would not be guaranteed after some time. Therefore, the design of emergency water tower is analyzed and discussed. The design method of multifunctional self-circulating industrial emergency water tower is proposed to provide reference for the actual engineering.
