Supply Chain Structure Traits,Mechanism Design and Quality Incentive

以产品质量事件为例,指出质量事件的发生与供应链结构特征——系统相关性、信息不对称、双重边际性及合作关系不稳定密切相关,然后构建理想状态和供应链结构特征影响下的两类质量均衡模型,证明低质量类型供应商充斥市场是供应链模式下非最优均衡的必然结果。最后,针对上述供应链结构特征,提出了质量信号传递、基于质量的跨期支付、质量违约触发惩罚和基于质量的收入共享四种机制,从契约签订的前、中、后三个维度约束和激励上游供应商提高零部件和原材料质量,实现供应链整体质量提升。

Based on the public goods quality events,this paper builds two quality equilibrium models,one is the ideal state and the other is the supply chain mode,and points out that the structural characteristics of the supply chain,which include systematic relation,information asymmetry,double marginalization and unstable cooperative relationship is the source of the goods quality incident.Then,respects to the characteristics of supply chain,it proposes the signaling mechanisms,the cross-phase restraint mechanism,the triggering mechanism and the revenue sharing mechanism to encourage supplier to improve product quality and achieve an overall supply chain performance improvement.
