摘要 以库存为基础,探讨了以制造商、批发商及零售商为节点的3个阶段供应链的运行效率,供应链以反应型及效率型供应链作为模型基础。首先,以实际企业为原型,用预测方法对2类型供应链库存量进行预测,随后用假设检验对2种类型供应链进行显著性检验。研究结果表明反应型供应链系统在各节点企业的库存水平显著低于效率型供应链系统,显示库存量大幅度降低。因此可知,反应型供应链通过有效的信息分享,可以使供应链整体库存水平较低。 The operation efficiency of supply chain in three nodes, named manufacturer, distributor and retailer is discussed based on the inventory. The supply chain takes the reactive type and efficient type as the model basis. Firstly, the actual enterprise is regarded as a prototype, and the forecasting method is employed to predict the inventory levels of two types of supply chain. Afterwards, the hypothesis test is used for the significance test of the two types of supply chain. The study results show that the inventory level of each node enterprise in the reactive supply chain system is significantly lower to that in the efficient supply chain systems, indicating the decrease of inventory levels at large amplitude.
