摘要 目前,国内对于6005A铝合金大型薄壁中空结构件的高速数控加工存在诸多问题,如数控加工效率较低、刀具损耗大、铣削速度较高时出现崩刃、打筋等,这些问题严重影响了企业生产效益。因此,研究6005A铝合金的高速铣削加工机理,以解决生产中出现的问题,具有重要的现实意义。
