无锡西姆莱斯石油专用管制造有限公司在辽阳新建的石油专用管生产线年产量30万t,其主要设备有Ф25m环形加热炉、锥形穿孔机、Ф114mm限动芯棒连轧管机及20机架张力减径机。介绍了该套连轧管机组主要设备的特点及机组试轧结果。
A new Ф114 mm retained mandrel MPM plant with a yearly capacity of 300 000 tons of oil pipes is set up in Liaoyang by Wuxi Seamless Oil Pipe Co.,Ltd.,consisting such major equipment units as the Ф25 m rotary hearth heating furnace,the cone-type piercer,the Ф114 mm MPM proper and the 20-stand stretch-reducing mill.Described in the paper are the basic characteristics of both the equipment and the trial rolling result of the MPM line.
