摘要 对石油管接箍进行锰盐磷化,是为了在其表面上生成一层锰盐磷化膜,该磷化膜具有相对持久地吸收和保持油脂的特性,经机拧后的石油管和接箍就可达到足够的螺纹连接强度和良好的密封性能,同时两螺纹之间又不会发生粘扣现象。CL-3601型锰盐磷化剂生成的磷化膜有别于其他种类磷化剂生成的磷化膜,依据大量试验,详细分析了此种磷化膜的特性,提出了磷化膜质量保证措施和选择磷化剂的注意事项。 Manganate-parkering of the oil pipe coupling aims to form a manganate phosphate film on the coupling surface.Owing to the film' s feature of comparatively lasting absorption and retention of grease,the power-screwed pipe and coupling will have sufficient thread engagement strength and satisfactory sealing performance,whereas no gulling will occur between the threads of the pipe and the coupling.The CL-3601 manganate parkering agent is capable of producing a phosphate film which is quite different from the film as formed with any other parkering agent.Based on the results of lots of tests,the characteristics of the said phosphate film are analyzed,and accordingly measures for quality assurance of the film,and cautions for selecting parkering agent are proposed.
