Study and practice of a pattern of health education in Nanjing Forestry University

摘要 目的完善南京林业大学健康教育体系,促进健康教育的进一步发展,提高健康教育的实际效果。方法采用新的健康教育模式对林业大学学生进行为期1年的健康教育。通过分层整群抽样的方法,分别于干预前、后,在南京林业大学抽取部分人群进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 10.0完成数据分析。结果干预后健康教育讲座的普及率、健康知识知晓率、健康行为形成率显著提高。结论南京林业大学健康教育新模式的研究与实践取得显著成果,并具有较强的可操作性,值得推广。 Objective To perfect the health education system of Nanjing Forestry University,facilitate the further development and improve the actual effect of health education.Methods A one-year health education was provided for students in Nanjing Forestry University by adopting a new pattern of health education.By layering and group sampling methods,a questionnaire was conducted drawing off some groups in Nanjing Forestry University before and after intervention and the data were analyzed with Spss10.0. Results The prevalence rate of lectures on health education,the awareness rate of health knowledge and formation rate of health behaviors were greatly enhanced after the intervention.Conclusions The study and practice of the new pattern of health education in Nanjing Forestry University make great achievements and are strongly feasible and worth generalizing.
