摘要
利用技术手段全面解决高校节能管理存在的弊端,提出控制与监测并举的节能管理平台的设计。平台采用B/S/D三层体系结构开发,利用微软的嵌套技术与.NET技术实现节能数据的整合汇总,直接切断无序浪费能源行为,实现网络化管理节能的机制。
Using the technological measure to resolve energy's management of the university, Proposed the design of the platform which was that the control and the monitor developed the energy conservation manages simultaneously. The platform uses B/S/D three architecture development, Realize the energy conservation data conformity by using Microsoft's nesting technology and the .NET technology, cut-off disorder waste energy directly, realizes the mechanism of network management energy.
