借鉴发达国家经验完善我国企业投入职业教育的保障机制 被引量:3

摘要 在职业教育经费的构成中,我国企业的经费投入和发达国家企业的经费投入相比存在很大差异。作为职业教育最大受益者的企业,不是我国职业教育经费的重要承担者。依据教育成本分担理论,企业应该成为我国职业教育经费重要承担者。要使我国企业承担起职业教育投资者的责任,必须借鉴发达国家有益经验,完善我国企业投入职业教育的保障机制。 In the composition of funding for vocational education,there is a big difference in enterprise investment between Chi-na and developed countries.As the biggest beneficiaries of vocational education,Chinese enterprises are not the major in-vestors.According to the theory of Education Cost Sharing,China’ s enterprises should become the most important investors.To make China’ s enterprises assume investment responsibility for vocational education,we must tenefit from the experiences of devel-oped countries,perfect our safeguard mechanism in vocational Investment of enterprises.
