487名大学医学新生进食障碍和体像关注调查分析 被引量：1

摘要 近20年来,越来越多的年轻人,特别是年轻女性,很难正确的认识自己的体质量,大多自我感觉具有肥胖的体像.而对苗条身材和肌肉感的追求成为进食障碍和体像障碍的诱发因素,同时容易产生焦虑和抑郁情绪.进食态度和体像关注的偏离是一个慢性的过程,一般发病于青少年期,常持续到成年期[1-2].因此,医学生的进食态度和体像关注的偏离可能会持续到职业生涯期,而这种偏离可能会对病人的营养和身体缺陷产生不良影响.因此了解医学生的进食态度和体像关注,以及相关的情绪问题非常重要.
