不同磷化氢抗性的米象对多杀菌素的敏感性比较 被引量:6

摘要 采用滤纸药膜法,比较测定磷化氢抗性系数(Rf)分别为295、148、76.5和参考品系(Rf=1)的米象品系对多杀菌素的敏感性,并对比研究了接触多杀菌素后仍然存活的以上诸米象品系害虫的繁殖力的差异。主要结果为:多杀菌素对Rf分别为295、148、76.5和1的磷化氢抗性米象品系的LD50值分别为0.524、0.267、0.182、0.344 mg/cm2,已具有高水平磷化氢抗性和抗性存在显著差异的米象之间对多杀菌素的敏感性差异不明显。经多杀菌素处理后存活的米象繁殖受到抑制,0.496 mg/cm2以上剂量的处理可完全防止米象的后代产生。对磷化氢产生抗性的米象对多杀菌素没有产生交互抗性。 The sensitivities to spinosad of four strains of Sitophilus oryzae(Linnaeus) with resistance factors(Rf) to phosphine of 295,148,76.5 and 1 times respectively were bio-assayed with the method of filter paper film.The number of next progeny adults reproduced by survival individuals after fumigation was checked in forty-day duration.Results:There is no obvious difference in sensitivity to spinosad among the four strains of rice weevil with phosphine resistance.Spinosad can prohibit the offspring emergence of S.oryzae strains of either phosphine resistance or phosphine sensibility.There is no cross resistance to spinosad for phosphine resistant S.oryzae strains.
