摘要
以KCQ30型西林瓶洗瓶机为例,①分析了ZCW型膜片式零压力启动电磁阀故障频发的原因,经综合评估选用了ZQDF(Y)型活塞式分步动作直接先导式电磁阀后,问题得以解决;②对压缩空气使用点0.01μm精度孔径过滤器之后,管道积尘现象的原因进行了分析,指出:完整性检测,稳态尘埃粒子数和微生物限度的检测数据都不能表征实际的脉冲过滤,即非稳态的工况。对策:因对污染控制没有影响,不处置。
Exampled with KCQ30 bottle washing machine, the cause of fault occurred in ZCW solenoid valve was analyzed. After comprehensive assessment, ZQDF solenoid valve was selected and employed so that the fault disappeared. After compressed air go through the filter with the hole of 0.01 μm diameter, dust will be accumulated in piping. The cause was analyzed, and it was indicated in this article that with integrity inspection, it has been proved that both the number of stable dust particles and the number of microorganism did not reach the level to be unstable condition. The pollution is under control, thus, it is unnecessary to do anything.
