摘要
利用室内砂培试验,研究砷胁迫对33个不同基因型玉米生长发育的影响,探讨不同基因型玉米的耐砷性,以期降低砷通过食物链对人体健康的危害,为育种和环境治理提供依据。结果表明,不同基因型玉米品种、不同性状指标对砷胁迫反应程度不同。砷从地下部向地上部的迁移情况因品种不同而异。全株砷富集量(RETP)与地下部砷富集系数(ECPU)、生物富集系数(BF)、地下部浓度(COPU)、地下部砷富集量(EOPU)呈极显著正相关,与转运系数(TF)呈极显著负相关。以全株相对干物重(RTDW)和全株砷富集量(RETP)为筛选指标,得出DH3622、SY511、XQ74-2、ND5、LY18是相对耐砷、砷富集量相对较高的玉米品种;DH11、JZN218、QL1等15个是砷富集量相对较低、耐砷性相对较差的玉米品种。
For breeding and environment management,reducing arsenical harm to human health through the food chain,the effects of arsenic on the growth of 33 genotypic maize were studied,and the tolerance to arsenic of different genotypic maize was also discussed by indoor sand culture experiment.The results showed that the response of maize to stress varied with different genotype,and so were different characters indicators.The movement of arsenic from underground plant to above-ground plant varied with different cultivars.Relative enrichment of total plant(RETP) showed significantly positive correlation with enrichment coefficient of plant underground(ECPU),bio-concentration factor(BF),the concentration of plant underground(COPU),enrichment of plant underground(EOPU),and significantly negative correlation with the transfer factor(TF).Taking RTDW and RETP for indexes,maize cultivars including DH3622,SY511,XQ74-2,ND5,LY18 were relatively resistant to arsenic and had relatively high arsenic concentration.15 maize cultivars such as DH11,JZN218,QL1 were relatively poor resistant to arsenic and low arsenic concentration.
