摘要
目的研究骨巨细胞瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-2,MMP-9)的表达与肿瘤复发的关系。方法用免疫组化法检测50例骨巨细胞瘤组织中MMP-2和MMP-9蛋白的表达,对比肿瘤复发组和非复发组的差异。结果骨巨细胞瘤组织有高水平的MMP-2和MMP-9表达,表达比非复发组明显增高。结论骨巨细胞瘤的复发与MMP-2、MMP-9表达增高相关。
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-2,MMP-9） in osteoclastoma tissue and recurrent tumor.Methods 50 cases of which osteoclastoma tissue had the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein by immunohistochemistry method,to compare the difference of tumor recurrence group and non-recurrence group.Results There is high level expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in osteoclastoma tissue,it is significantly higher than non-recurrent group.Conclusion Osteoclastoma recurrence is related to the raising expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9.
