内蒙黑猪分娩后5日内初乳常规成分的动态变化

CHANGE IN CONVENTIONAL INGREDIENTS IN COLOSTRUM OF INNER MONGOLIA BLACK WITHIN 5 DAYS POSTPARTUM

选用３～４胎，产仔数８～１３头的８头健康内蒙黑猪母猪，对其分娩后５ｄ内初乳化学成分的变化规律进行了研究。结果表明，初乳中干物质、蛋白质、脂肪、乳糖、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ、Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ、ＩｇＧ的含量以及ｐＨ值均在产后２４ｈ内变化极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），３ｄ后趋于平稳，到第５ｄ接近常乳（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

Colosdtral sample was collected from 8 clinically normal 3-4year-old Inner Mongolia Black Sows that had farrowed litters containing 9-13 live piglets,within 5days of postartum period and conventional ingredients of colostum were analyzed. The results indicated that the Changes of DM, Protein, Fat, Lactose, Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, IgG and pH value in colostrum were significant(p<0.01) within24h postpartum.Their change become constant at 3rd day and proximate to milk at 5th day (p>0.05)
