摘要
讨论了统计平衡状态下的耗散涨落理论,由此推导出扭秤的热噪声对引力实验的限制.
Theory of dissipation and fluctuation in the statistical equilibrium state has been discussed. Based on this theory, the limitation of torsion balance thermal noise on the gravitational experiment has been derived.
