非离子型表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下用5-Br-PADAP光度法测定铜

摘要 研究了非离子型表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下,用5-Br-PADAP光度法联合测定铜的方法。结果表明:在pH9.0的硼砂缓冲介质中,5-Br-PADAP与铜生成紫色络合物,λmax=575nm,ε575=9.00×104Lmol-1*cm-1。铜量在0~18μg/25ml的范围内符合比尔定律。实测了钢样中铜的含量,结果令人满意。 The determination of Copper with 5-Br-PADAP spectrophotometry in the presence of TritonX-100 was discussed in this article. The exprimental results indicated that: a kind of purplish red complex is created from 5-Br-PADAP, copper and manganese in the borax buffer medium of pH9.0.=575nm,575=9.00104Lmol. cm-1. Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration range of 018 g/25ml of copper. The content of the copper in the steel samples was determined, the result was quite satisfactory.
