葡甘露聚糖硫酸酯对感染传染性法氏囊病毒雏鸡抗病毒作用的影响

摘要 试验旨在研究肌肉注射不同浓度葡甘露聚糖硫酸酯对人工感染传染性法氏囊病毒雏鸡的保护力及免疫功能的影响。选择270只1日龄AA公雏鸡随即分为5组,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组每组55只,Ⅴ组50只。饲养至18日龄时,前3组分别注射1、2和4mg/mL浓度的葡甘露聚糖硫酸酯,每只注射1mL,连续注射3d,Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别作为病毒对照组和空白对照组。21日龄时除空白对照组外其余4组分别感染相同剂量的传染性法氏囊病毒,试验期3周。结果表明,注射高浓度葡甘露聚糖硫酸酯能够明显降低鸡的发病率和死亡率;在攻毒后1周,与病毒对照组相比,中、高浓度都能够明显促进淋巴细胞增殖(P<0.05);在攻毒后2周,高浓度组的抗体水平显著高于病毒对照组(P<0.05),其余时期各组与病毒对照组相比都能够提高抗体水平,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。 An experiment was carried out to evaluate the effect of intramuscular injection of different concentrations of sulfated glucomannan on protection and immune function of broilers artificially infected with infectious bursal disease virus. 270 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into five treatments,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ group with 55 birds,Ⅴ group with 50 birds. At 18-day-old three groups were injected with 1, 2 and 4 mg/mL concentrations of sulfated glucomannan and each 1 mL for 3 days, the other two groups as a virus control and conventional control. At 21-day-old except normal control the other four groups were infected with the same dose of bursal disease virus, a trial period for 3 weeks. The results showed that injection of high concentrations of sulfated glucomannan can reduce morbidity and mortality of chickens significantly; in 1 week post-infection high concentrations group compared with the control group was able to significantly promote lymphocyte proliferation (P0.05); in the two weeks post-infection, antibodies of high concentrations group was significantly higher than the virus control group (P0.05). The rest period of each group compared with the viral group was able to raise antibody levels but the difference was not significant (P0.05).
