摘要
油菜种子经2~5℃低温处理及冬、春两季10个播期试验,研究了采用真空渗入法对油菜进行CaMVCABB-BJI和Bari-Ⅰ株系基因Ⅵ转移时适宜植株形态的建成方法。结果表明,芥菜型油菜低温处理10,20,30d,均可明显促进抽薹,春季3月18日播种或冬季10月11日播种最适于形成理想的转化态植株。甘蓝型及白菜型油菜种子经低温处理不能通过春化。甘蓝型油菜冬季10月26日播种,白菜型油菜冬季10月11日播种或春季3月12日播种,易形成适于转移的植株形态。
By treating the seeds of turnip rape (B.campestris),brown mustard (B.juncea) and rape (B.napus) at 2-5 low temperature for 10 days,20 days,30 days,40 days,0 days and sowing on ten different dates in winter and spring,the ways to form optimum plant shape are studied with vaccum infiltration method transforming the CaMV CABB BJI gene into the rape.The results indicate that treating the seeds of brown mustard at low temperature for 10 days can obviously promote plant extending bolts.Seed sowing on 18 Mar.in Spring and 11 Oct.in winter is best to form optimum plant shape of gene transformation.The treatment of rape and turnip seeds at low temperature shows no effect on their vernalization.Rape sowing on 26 Oct.and turnip rape sowing on 11 Oct.in winter or 12 Mar. in spring are respectively the most suitable ways to form optimum plant shape of gene transformation.
