摘要
因子分析结果表明,11个小麦品种(系)的10个与产量密切相关的农艺性状、生理指标受2个独立公因子制约。被确认和命名的公因子是:F1,光合同化因子;F2,产量构成及植株碳、氮营养因子;2个公因子累积方差贡献率为85.42%。多元统计分析表明,小麦产量与2个公因子F1,F2之间存在着极显著线性关系。以公因子为指标进行系统聚类,将11个品种分为三大类型。不同类型品种F1、F2的大小和相互协调方式不同,直接导致品种(系)产量水平不同。
The results of Factor Analysis showed that, ten agronomic traits and physiological indexes which had significant or close relationships with wheat yields in 11 wheat varieties(lines) were controlled by two independent factors. The 2 factors, which were determined and named, were F1, photosynthesis assimilation factor. and F2, factor of yield and plant carbohydrate and nitrogen nutrient. The percentage of accumulated contribution of variances was 85.42%. The results of multivariate statistic analysis showed that, there was a close linear relationship between wheat yields and factors F1, F2. Eleven wheat varieties(lines) could be divided into 3 main groups according to the result of hierarchical cluster by factor values. Two factor values and their co ordination ways caused the differences of yield levels in different varieties(lines).
