摘要
从柱状嗜纤维菌提取菌体脂多糖（ＬＰＳ）作为免疫原，分别注射接种翘嘴鳜、斑鳜和大眼鳜后，检测了供试鱼血清中凝集抗体效价和血液中白细胞吞噬活性以及采用直接荧光抗体法测定了受免鳜血液中各种淋巴细胞数量的变化。结果表明，接种ＬＰＳ后，３种受免鳜血清中凝集抗体效价均在第３周达到峰值，血液中吞噬细胞的吞噬活性和Ｔ、Ｂ淋巴细胞样细胞的比率均在第２周最高。但是，３种受免鳜对ＬＰＳ的免疫应答水平则显示出种间差异，以翘嘴鳜最高，斑鳜其次，大眼鳜最低。
Three species mandarinfish ( Sniperca chuatsi, S. scherzeri and S. kneri ) were immunizaed by injection with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) extracted from Cytophaga columnaris . The immune response of the three species of mandarinfish were compared by examing the agglutinating antibody tier of sera , the phagocygic activity of leucocytes and the changes in the number of lymphocytes in the blood. The resuls showed that the lPS is high immunogenicity for the three species of mandarinfish,but the levels of the immune response amomg the three species were different, with the highest in the immune redponde among the three species, with the highest in the Siniperca chautsi, S.scherzeri in the second ,and S.kneri in the least.
