稻谷吸附与解吸等温线研究 被引量:13

摘要 用华矮837早稻作试验品种,研究了20℃、30℃、40℃温度下,稻谷吸附与解吸相对湿度ERH与平衡含水量EMC关系。应用四种常用的农业物料吸附等温线模型,对稻谷吸附与解吸数据进行了拟合,比较了其适应性。结果表明:稻谷吸附等温线与同温度下解吸等温线不重合,有明显的滞后环。在吸附过程中,若RH不变,温度降低,吸附量增加;在解吸过程中,若RH不变,温度升高,解吸量则增加。四种模型的拟合及适应性比较结果说明,修正Henderson模型与G.A.B模型有良好适应性。 Using Huaai837 rough rice as the experimental materials, we have investigated the relation between the equilibrium relative humidity ( ERH ) and the equilibrium moisture content ( EMC ) at the temperature 20℃,30℃,and 40℃ respectively. The adsorption data and the desorption data were regressed by means of the four ERH models of agricultural materials in common use and the fitting-agreement of the different ERH models was contrasted. It indicated that the isotherm between the adsorption and the desorption had hysteresis effect. In the adsorptin process, if the ERH keeps unchangeable, the EMC will increase when the temperature decreases. However, in the desorption process, if the ERH keeps unchangeable, the EMC will decrease when the temperature increases. Compared with the regressed results of the four ERH models, the modified Henderson model and G.A.B model had a favorable fitting agreement.
