陆地棉黄萎病抗性的遗传研究

Inheritance of Resistance to Verticillium wilt in Gossypium hirsutum

以7个陆地棉品种配制的6个组合的P1，P2，F1，F2，BC1，BC2群体和6个组合的P1，P2，F2群体为材料，接种菌系采自于河北省棉区的2个中等致病力菌系（VJ25和VJ17），在人工生长室条件下研究了陆地棉的黄萎病抗性遗传方式。结果表明，陆地棉品种93抗12、彭泽70和苏2028具有对中等致病力菌系的抗性。在抗、感材料杂交分离群体中，抗、感植株的分布表现为主基因控制的质量遗传分布特征。遗传分析表明，上述3个品种的黄萎病抗性受2个显性互补基因控制。

The identifications and genetic analyses of resistance to two intermediately virulent isolates (VJ25, VJl7) of Verticilliun1 dahliae from Hebei province were conducted with six cras each including P1, P2, F1, F3, BC1, BC2 and six combinations with P1, P2 and F2 in the growth chamber. The results indicated that the G. hirsutum varieties, 93K12, Pengze 70 and JS2028 poasessed the resistance to intermediate -virulence stains and distributions of the resistance in the Segregating prognies from the resistant varieties and susceptible ones were characterized by tha of qualitative charaters controlled by major genes. The ratios of resistant and susceptible individuals in segregating generations revea1ed that the resistance of all these 3 upland cottons was determined by two d0minant complementary genes.
