摘要
目的识别某合成橡胶厂建设项目职业病危害因素,分析和评价控制效果。方法依据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》,采取现场职业卫生调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法进行评价。结果该建设项目生产工艺、总体布局、生产设备及工艺布局、个体防护用品配备及使用情况、辅助用室、应急救援、职业病危害防护设施、职业卫生组织管理措施等基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》及国家其他相关卫生要求。职业病危害因素检测结果:噪声强度51.6~91.7 dB(A),有1个岗位超标;工作场所生产性热源的综合温度(WBGT指数)为30.6~38.0℃,有3个岗位不符合要求;粉尘、毒物、工频电磁场的检测结果均符合国家卫生标准要求。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施基本有效。
Objective To identify occupational hazards in the synthetic rubber plant, analyze and evaluate control effects. Methods The methods of field occupational health investigation, detection of occupational hazards in the workplace and occupational health examination were carried out. Results The items of production process of the construction project, the overall layout, the layout of production equipment and technology, personal protective equipment and use of supplies, auxiliary rooms, emergency rescue, occupational hazard protection facilities and the occupational health management measures were in accordance with the requirements of national standards. Noise intensity was between 51.6 dB (A) - 91.7 dB (A), and a point exceeded the allowable limits of national standards. Productive integrated heat source temperature (WBGT index) was 30. 6 -38.0 ℃, 3 positions didn't meet requirements. The results of dust, poisons, and industrial -frequency electromagnetic field were in line with the national standards. Conclusion Occupational hazard control measures on the construction project are basically feasible.
