摘要
目的确定某露天铁矿项目职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制点。方法采用现场调查和检测检验结果相结合的方法,进行定性定量和职业病危害因素接触水平综合分析评价。结果除采场电铲、牙轮钻、运矿车、推矿机司机粉尘CTWA超限值,破碎、筛分、磁选噪声LEX,W超过85 dB(A)外,其余接尘岗位CTWA、接噪岗位LEX,W和接毒岗位CTWA均在限值内,其超限值率为粉尘17.4%,噪声51.4%。结论该项目采取的控制职业病危害防护措施起到了一定的防护作用,但仍需加强粉尘和噪声的防护措施。
Objective To confirm occupational hazards in the construction project, analyze the hazardous degree and influence on the workers' health, evaluate effects of preventive measurements and put forward key control points of occupational hazards. Methods Field investigation and detection were carried out to comprehensively analyze and evaluate contact degree of occupational hazards. Results The TWAs of total dust for the posts of electric shovel, rotary dump car, dump truck and push dump truck , and push dozer driver exceeded national allowable limits; Lex, w in the posts of thick - crusher, mid - crusher, screening, thin - crusher, ore - dressing all exceeded 85 dB ( A), the exceeding rates of total dust and noise were 17. 4% and 51.4%. Conclusion Preventive measure adopted in this construction project for controlling occupational hazards are effective, but preventive measures on dust and noise still should be strengthened.
