文化娱乐场所卫生状况调查分析

Sanitary Status of Public Places for Entertainment

目的掌握文化娱乐场所空气质量、顾客用品卫生状况,为指导消毒工作提供依据。方法现场空气监测采用仪器法,每家场所随机抽取2~4个采样点,每个采样点检测微小气候等10项指标,现场读数记录。顾客用品按不同场所抽样,座椅、台面、茶具等物品。用无菌棉拭子采样检验。结果共抽检文化娱乐场所58家,设点162个,总合格率为84.51%。其中影剧院合格率最高（91.11%）,舞厅合格率最低（72.66%）。顾客用品采样164份,合格率（81.71%）,以舞厅话筒合格率最低（60.00%）。各项目检测中以舞厅空气细菌超标率最高（25.93%）,茶具细菌超标率为19.44%。结论文化娱乐场所空气污染较重,尤以空气细菌总数超标率高,顾客用品超标率也较高。应加强机械通风设施,全面禁止吸烟;同时加大消毒管理力度,提高文化娱乐场所的空气质量及顾客用品合格率。

Objective To understand air quality in entertainment places and sanitary conditions of eustomers＇ supplies, provide technical evidence for disinfection. Methods Air monitoring was conducted by instrumental method, 2 - 4 points were randomly selected for each place , each sample point was detected mieroclimate（ 10 indicators） . The eustomer supplies were sampled based on different places, chairs, tables, tea sets and other goods were detected sampling with sterile cotton swab. Results 162 spots of 58 entertainment places were chosen, the total qualified rate was 84. 51%, the highest qualified rate of places was cinema（91.11% ） ; the lowest qualified rate was Ballroom（72. 66% ）. The customers＇ supplies were sampled 164 copies, qualified rate was 81.71% ; the lowest rate was microphone in the ballroom（60.00% ） ; the highest exceeded rate of air bacterium was 25.93% in the ballroom, bacterium rate of tea set was 19.44%. Conclusion Air pollution in the entertainment place is serious. Mechanical ventilation disinfection management for public places for entertainment should be enhanced.
