艾维茵肉仔鸡生长规律的模拟及最大经济效益点的研究

Studies on the Fitting of Growth and the Best Economic Benefit of Commercial Broilers

以商品代艾维茵肉鸡为材料，研究了公母鸡0～8周龄体重、饲养费用的变化。首先运用Gompertz生长模型对公母肉用仔鸡的生长曲线进行拟合，而后运用技术经济学中的边际平衡原理（边际投入＝边际支出）来确定公母肉用仔鸡的最佳出栏时间。结果表明：公肉用仔鸡的极限体重、拐点时间和拐点体重均大于母鸡，达到增重高峰的时间较晚。公母肉用仔鸡的最佳出栏时间分别为49d和48d，此时最大经济效益为公2．50元／只、母2．01元／只。

From hatching to the eighth week, the live body weight and raising cost were studied with ANVIN commercial broilers, the growth curve equations of males and females were fitted with Gompertz Growth Model at first, and the best marketing time of males and females was decidedly applying the marginal balance theory.The result showed: The time and weight of inflexion point of males were longer and heavier than those of females. The best marketing time of males and females was 49 days and 48 days respectively, when the best economic benefit was 2. 50 Yuan per male and 2.01 Yuan per female.
