Figures from the National Bureau of Statistics show that for the first half of this year China＇s GDP grew by 11.1 percent over the same period in 2009, and the consumer price index was up 2.6 percent. The output of summer crops fell 0.3 percent, but still ranks the third largest in the PRC＇s history.
