Evaluation on the Clinical Use of Remifemin~,a Herbal Medicine of Isopropanol Extract of Black Cohosh for Perimenopausal Syndrome

目的:评价缓解围绝经期综合征的植物药——黑升麻异丙醇提取物(Remifemin)临床应用概况。方法:收集国内外相关文献,从黑升麻异丙醇提取物(Remifemin)应用状况、有效性、安全性等方面进行分析评价。结果与结论:黑升麻异丙醇提取物(Remifemin)目前已普遍应用于临床,可以有效缓解围绝经期症状。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the clinical use of Remifemin,a herbal drug of the isopropanol extract of black cohosh for perimenopausal syndrome.METHODS：The pertinent literature both at home and abroad were reviewed and an analytic evaluation was performed in respect of the clinical application status,effectiveness and safety etc of the isopropanol extract of black cohosh （Remifemin）.RESULTS CONCLUSION：The isopropanol extract of black cohosh （Remifemin） has been widely used in the clinic for it can effectively improve the perimenopausal syndrome.
