芬太尼透皮贴联合复方苦参注射液治疗中、重度癌痛临床观察

Efficacy of Combined with Fentanyl Transdermal Patches Compound Radix Sophorae Flavescentis Injection for Moderate or Severe Cancer Pain

目的:观察芬太尼透皮贴(多瑞吉durogesic)联合复方苦参注射液治疗中、重度癌痛的近期疗效、不良反应以及抗肿瘤机制的探讨。方法:96例癌痛患者随机分成治疗组(50例)和对照组(46例),分别给予芬太尼透皮贴联合复方苦参注射液治疗和单用芬太尼透皮贴治疗。结果:治疗组癌痛显效36例,有效10例,总有效率92.00%;对照组癌痛显效20例,有效14例,总有效率73.91%。两组间显效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)结论:芬太尼透皮贴联合复方苦参注射液治疗对中、重度疼痛晚期癌症患者疗效显著,复方苦参注射液将作为端粒酶抑制剂成为广谱低毒的新型抗癌药物。

OBJECTIVE：To observe the short-term efficacy 、adverse reaction of Fentanyl Transdermal Patches combined Compound radix sophorae flavescentis Injection for midst to sereious cancer pain,and to approach the anti-neoplasm mechanism.METHODS：96 patients with cancer pain were randomly assigned to Fentanyl Transdermal Patches combined Compound radix sophorae flavescentis Injection （trial group） or Fentanyl Transdermal Patches alone （control group）.RESULTS：The total responsive rate was 92.00% in the trial group ,of which ,36 cases showed excellent efficacy and 10 showed efficacy;the total responsive rate was 73.91 % in the control group ,of which ,20 cases showed excellent efficacy and 14 showed efficacy.There were significant differences between two groups in excellent efficacy （ P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Fentanyl Transdermal Patches combined Compound radix sophorae flavescentis Injection is of satisfactory efficacy for cancer pain ,and compound kushen injection maybe generally used as a new medicine of telomerase suppresor for patients with cancer.
