手扶拖拉机最佳皮带松紧度的确定与检测 被引量:1

摘要 研究了手扶拖拉机传动皮带松紧度对摩擦功率和滑转功率的影响关系。通过试验和理论分析确定了最佳的皮带松紧度值,并研制了一种实用的皮带松紧度检测仪。对使用中拖拉机上的121根皮带的松紧度进行了检测,发现60%皮带的松紧度不能满足要求,需要进行调整。 The relationship between the belt tightness of walking tractor and power losses was researched through tests and theoretical analysis. The result showed that the loss of frictional power increases when the belt deflection decreases, while the loss of slipping power increases when the belt deflection increases. Taking these two aspects into accoumt, an optimal belt tightness was worked out, that is , when a force is added in the middle of the belt, the deflection of the belt should be within 25 mm30 mm. In addition, a simple instrument was designed to inspect the belt tightness. Deflections of 121 belts of walking tractors in use were measured and analyzed. It was found that 60 percent of the belt tightness cant meet the requirement,so the adjustment is needed.
