摘要
为了提高大豆的商品质量及种子纯度,该文对大豆与苍耳二者的表面物理特性进行了分析,并对其在不同材质上的运动性能、粘结机理、分离时间等条件进行了台架试验。在此基础上研制了5QC-1.0型大豆苍耳分离机,其性能可靠,分离较彻底。
In order to improve the soybean quality and the seed purity, the surface physical properties of both soybean and cocklebur were analyzed, and the experiments of the removing pattern, adhesion mechanism and separating time were made on different materials in laboratory. Based on the experiments and analysis, 5QC1.0 soybean and cocklebur separator has been designed and manufactured.The machine is reliable and cocklebur can be separated from soybean completely.
