桐乡市社区综合防治示范点社区诊断的调查

Investigation of Major Problem of Comunity Public Health in Tongxiang City

目的为了解濮院社区的主要公共卫生问题,确定目标干预人群,为慢性病防治效果评价提供基线数据。方法采用社会学和流行病学调查的方法对现有的慢性病常规监测资料、人文环境及卫生服务政策等进行分析。结果肿瘤、心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病是社区死因资料的前3位疾病。结论社区已形成了三级网络管理、健康促进的支持环境,慢性病防治工作得到了政府的重视。今后需加强基层医务人员培训和居民健康教育的普及。

Objective To investigate the major public health problems in Puyuan community,decide the target of intervening group,and provide the basic data for evaluating the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.Methods Sociological and epidemiological surveys were taken to conduct an analysis on the routine monitoring data of chronic diseases,humane circumstance and health service policy.Results The top three diseases causing death in the community were tumors,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and respiratory diseases.Conclusion The support environment for health promotion,and three-level network management of chronic diseases were formed.Chronic disease control had been paid more attentions from the local government.The works of professional training for medical staffs at the basic level and health education for residents should be enhanced from now on.
