摘要
采用索氏提取法和纤维素酶辅助热浸提法提取马兰叶干粉中的黄酮,利用紫外分光光度法测定其提取液中黄酮含量分别为17.41、30.60mg/g,确定纤维素酶热浸提法适宜于提取马兰叶干粉中的黄酮,通过进一步的试验证实加标回收率为90.6%~93.6%,变异系数为0.05%~0.33%,结果较理想,精确度高。
The flavonoids in dried Kalimeris indica leaves powder were extracted by the soxhlet extraction method and the hot water extraction method with the help of cellulose enzyme. The content of flavonoids in their extracts were 17.41 mg/g and 38.80 mg/g respectively by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry,confirmed heat extraction method with cellulase enzyme auxiliary was suitable for the extraction of flavonoids in dried kalimeris indica leaves powder,by further tests,approved that the addition standard recovery was 90.6%~93.6%,the coefficient of variation was 0.05%~0.33%,the result was ideal,the precision was high.
