摘要
应用激光多普勒血流计和胃粘膜电位直接测定法,在内镜下测定了50例正常对照者和45例急性胃粘膜病变患者的胃粘膜血流量(GMBF)和粘膜电位(PD)。急性胃粘膜病变(AGML)患者胃各个部位的GMBF和PD均显著低于正常对照者(P<0.01)。本研究表明:GMBF在AGML发生过程中起着重要作用,PD为检测胃粘膜结构完整性的一种准确而敏感的指标。
Changes of gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF) and potential difference (PD) in 50 healthy subjects and 45 patients with acute gastric mucosal lesions (AGML) Were studied by Laser Doppler flowmetry and PD measuring system under endoscopy. The results showed that GMBF and PD were decreased significantly (P<0.01) in patients with AGML as compared with those of controls. We conclude that GMBF Plays an important role in the developing process of AGML, and PD is an accurate and sensitive indicator for detecting the completeness of gastric mucosal construction.
