Construction of Risk Alleviation and Rein Forcement on Reservior Project

水库工程是流域防洪安全保护系统和水资源开发利用系统的重要组成部分。尽管国家加大了对小型水库除险加固的投资力度,使水库的安全状况有了一定改善,但中小型水库的病险率仍偏高。分析中小型水库病险率高的原因,提出改进措施,为中小型水库除险加固及搞好当地防洪体系建设提供参考。

The reservoir project is an important part of safety protection system for flood control and development and utilization system of water resources on the basin. The state has enlarged investments in small-scale reservoir risk alleviation and reinforcement,reservoir security conditions have been improved to some extent,but the hazards rate of small and medium reservoirs risk were still high.In this paper,the reasons for the high rate of small and medium reservoirs risky were analyzed. Some proposals were given for the protection of small and medium reservoirs to provide references for small and medium reservoir risk alleviation and reinforcement and local flood control system construction.
