摘要
层状结构能够有效地提高陶瓷材料的韧性,本论文用轧膜/涂层的方法制备了Si3N4/BN层状陶瓷复合材料。软层的结构及其与硬层的结合状态对整个材料的韧性非常重要,改变软层的成分可以改变软硬层间的结合强度,进而可以影响层状材料的韧性。本论文研究了材料韧性随软层成分变化而变化的趋势,并对其原因进行了分析。
The toughness of the ceramic materials can be improved effectively with the multilayed structure.In this paper,the Si 3N 4/BN multilayered ceramic composites are prepared by rolling/coating.It is the structure of the soft layer and its interfacial strength with the hard layer that is very important to the toughness of the ceramic materials.The interfacial strength between the soft layer and the hard layer could change with changing the continent of the soft layer.And it can influence the toughness of the multilayered ceramic materials.In this paper,we researched that the tendency for the materials toughness varied with the continent variation of the soft layer.At the same time,the reason of the tendency is analyzed,too.
