摘要
介绍了两种重要的硅烷化试剂———六甲基二硅脲(BSU)和六甲基二硅胺(HMN)的主含量测定方法。其中BSU是通过化学反应,将其转化生成可以在色谱中气化出峰的硅脂衍生物,再进行色谱法测定。HMN是选择了合适的反应物和指示剂,然后进行常规滴定。
This article recommed a determination method on the main content of
Bistrimethylsilurea(BSU) and Hexamethyldisilazane(HMN).Through the chemical
reaction,the BSU is charged into siliester derivative that are vaporized into peak,so we
can determine the main content of BSU by gas chromatography.As to the determination
of HMN,the first is selecting the suitable reactor and indicator,and the next is normal
titration.
