摘要
目前在医疗纠纷实务中,出现了越来越多的医闹现象,这一现象对医院的正常诊疗秩序和医生的人身安全形成了严重的负面影响。本文探讨了医闹的法律界限和对于医闹现象进行控制的法律对策,反思了医闹产生的深层次原因,并进一步探讨了彻底杜绝医闹现象的全社会综合治理的思路。
Currently, there has been more and more hospital violator phenomenon in medical dispute, which has led to a serious negative impact on the hospital order and the safety of doctors. This article discussed the legal boundary of hospital violator phenomenon and its relative legal countermeasure with the reflection of its deep-seated causes, and then further explored the approach to comprehensive treatment in the whole society to completely eliminate hospital violator phenomenon.
