血流量因素对导管术闭塞脑动脉瘤的影响

INFLUENCE OF BLOOD FLOW ON OCCLUSION OF INTRACRANIAL ANEURYSM

本文介绍使用介入导管术闭塞脑动脉之体会,发现血流量低的动脉瘤易于闭塞,疗效较佳;血流量大的动脉瘤则相反,研究脑动脉瘤的血流量将有助于导管术治疗脑动脉瘤。本文并提出低血流量动脉瘤在脑血管造影上之特点。

The terms, high flow and low flow, have been used in intracranial arterial venous malformation (AVM), but not used in intracranial aneurysm yet. In this paper (?)e characterization of high flow and low flow aneurysms was described in 4 cases. By catheter technic, complete occlusion of low flow aneurysm was successful in 2 cases, and occlusion of high flow aneurysm failed in 1 case and recurred within 2 weeks in another case. It is suggested that study of blood flow in aneurysms seems important in percutaneous embolization of intracranial aneurysm.
