摘要
应用富集培养技术和定向筛选技术，从腈化物长期污染的土壤中，以生物量为指标，筛选到６株能在以丙腈为唯一氮源的培养基中生长的细菌，通过对照实验确定为腈化物同化菌。
strains which can grow in a medium using propiontrile as the only nitrogen source have been screened from soil samples polluted by nitriles.According to the biomass and the comparison test these strains have been identified as nitrilemetabolizing strains,and their optimal cultivation conditions of E strain have been studied.
