摘要
以中国营养学会提出的营养素供给量标准为依据,结合食物成分表,对不同年级的大学生进行为期1个月的饮食状况调查与分析。结果表明大学生1日3餐热量偏低,分配不合理,营养素供给量不足。对此,建议大学生应调整膳食结构。
In accordance with the supply standard of nutritional elements putting forward by Chinese Nutrition Academy and according to the food ingredient table,the diet status of college students in different grades are investigated and analysed for a month.The results show that the heat in the students three meals in a day is comparatively low and in an unreasonable distribution,also,there is unsufficient in nutritional elements supply.Therefore,to adjust the college students diet structure and to improve their nutrition level are suggested.
